Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all MERCIER branded tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
